Troll Pixelings are a shockingly strong type of Pixeling, though it does take a bit of practice before you can properly handle them.
I’ve already covered how to use Troll Pixelings and when it best to use them, so the following will just be the specifics you need to know about all of the Troll Pixelings currently available in PewDiePie’s Pixelings.
COMMON PIXELINGS
Common Pixelings can be upgraded to a Power Rank of 443.
The maximum level a Common Pixeling can be is Level 50, and the maximum rank a Common Pixeling can be is Rank 12.
Common Pixelings do not have Passive Abilities.
CLOUDIA
Sub-Category: Assassin
Max Health: 1889
Max Base Damage: 475
Charge Ability: Heavy Attack // Deals about 2x Damage // Maximum 952
Turns to Charge: 3
When to Use: Cloudia is a Troll Pixeling that I wish I could use more often, but being that she is a common Pixeling, Cloudia requires the most duplicates to rank up.
Cloudia’s Heavy Attack does quite a bit of damage and is very useful in PVE settings, so if you have some extra energy to burn, make sure you grind out her extra reward maps.
UNCOMMON PIXELINGS
Uncommon Pixelings can be upgraded to a Power Rank of 443.
The maximum level a Common Pixeling can be is Level 50, and the maximum rank a Common Pixeling can be is Rank 10.
Uncommon Pixelings do not have Passive Abilities.
IGGY
Sub-Category: Assassin
Max Health: 1217
Max Base Damage: 461
Charge Ability: Strengthen // Increases its own Attack by 50% (Max 100%)
Turns to Charge: 4
When to Use: Currently, Iggy is only available for those who are Rank 2 in PVP. So, if you’re not thinking of playing much of PVP, don’t expect to get Iggy ranked up very high.
While Iggy was still available, I grind it out a little bit but didn’t find it as useful as Lola.
Given the playstyle you use while progressing in PewDiePie’s Pixelings, you tend to take Strengthen with you as a spell.
Iggy is lovely if you can get it to fire off its charge ability, but chances are you’re going to get sniped before that happens.
LOLA
Sub-Category: Support
Max Health: 1539
Max Base Damage: 349
Charge Ability: Heal Front // Gives Health to Pixeling in Front Position (+1 of damage) // Maximum 350
Turns to Charge: 2
When to Use: If I’m going to use a Troll Pixeling, I’m going to use Lola.
Lola heals the Pixeling in the front position, which can come in extremely handy, especially if you are using Sponsy as your “tank.”
Lola can make sure that your Pixelings are always healed up, especially if you are good about switching your Pixelings’ positions as needed.
RARE PIXELINGS
Rare Pixelings can be upgraded to a Power Rank of 490.
The maximum level a Rare Pixeling can be is Level 50, and the maximum rank a Rare can be is Rank 8.
Rare Pixelings have one passive ability.
SOPHIA
Sub-Category: Support
Max Health: Unknown
Max Base Damage: Unknown
Charge Ability: Bubble Shield Front // Grants a 1-hit shield to the Pixeling in the Front Position
Turns to Charge: 3
Passive Ability: Mana Catalyst // Mana is generated 20% faster while on the field (does not stack)
When to Use: This Pixeling just came out via being tier 3 in PVP. More information to come.
GUPPY
Sub-Category: Saboteur
Max Health: Unknown
Max Base Damage: Unknown
Charge Ability: Stun // Inflicts Stun
Turns to Charge: 2
Passive Ability: Flashbang // Upon defeat, inflicts a critical hit and Stun to its attacker
When to Use: This Pixeling just came out via being tier 3 in PVP. More information to come.
MYTHIC
Mythic Pixelings can be upgraded to a Power Rank of 490.
The maximum level a Mythic Pixeling can be is Level 50, and the maximum rank a Rare can be is Rank 5.
Mythic Pixelings have two passive abilities.
STEPHANO
Sub-Category: Tank
Max Health: 2158
Max Base Damage: 292
Charge Ability: Bubble Shield Self // Grants itself a 1-hit-shield
Turns to Charge: 2
Passive Ability #1: Spell Immunity // Immune to ALL spells (including your own)
Passive Ability #2: Berserk // Deals 50% more damage when below 33% health
When to Use: Stephano is by far my favourite Troll Pixeling and is arguably the best mythic Pixeling in PewDiePie’s Pixelings.
Stephano is versatile and has a good amount of sustain. You can let Stephano tank big hits with his Bubble Shield, although it’s important to note that he is weak against Pixelings like Lulu.
Stephano’s main downfall is that he is not affected by any spells, whether it be the enemy’s or your own. Being spell immune means that there is no way you can heal Stephano unless you have a Lola on your team or a Sponsy.
Don’t fret, though. If you can avoid Stephano taking any further damage, you can deal more damage because of his second ability, Berserk.
Enjoy that extra damage!
ROXY
Sub-Category: Assassin
Max Health: Unknown
Max Base Damage: Unknown
Charge Ability: Strengthen Self // Increases its own Attack by 50% (Max 100%)
Turns to Charge: 3
Passive Ability #1: Spell Immunity // Immune to ALL spells
Passive Ability #2: Mana Catalyst // Mana is generated 20% faster while on the field (Does not stack)
When to Use: This Pixeling just came out via being tier 3 in PVP. More information to come.
CONCLUSION
In actual honesty, there isn’t a whole lot of selection for Troll Pixelings at the moment, though you can unlock a number of them by playing PVP.
It really depends how much time you are willing to invest in the game, but I don’t know how committed I’m going to be about it.
For now, I’m happy using Lola and Stephano and have no real desire to grind out the rest, but knowing me… by next week, I’ll have them all.
Grind. Grind. Grind.
So I’m curious, which is your favourite Troll Pixeling? Do you use any Troll Pixelings? What do you think of the newest additions? Let me know in the comments below!
