No matter how much time you’ve spent playing PewDiePie’s Pixelings, you know that you’re going to need a darn good Mythic Pixeling on your team.
Mythic Pixelings currently include Stephano and Marzia, from BroTown and Gusto and Lulu fro, Floatopia.
Mythic Pixelings can be upgraded to a maximum Power Rank of 490. 490 is the maximum Power Rank a Pixeling can have in PewDiePie’s Pixelings.
The only other Pixelings that can reach a Power Rank of 490 is Rare Pixelings.
The maximum level a Mythic Pixeling can be is Level 50, and the maximum rank a Rare can be is Rank 5.
Needing fewer duplicate Pixelings makes it quite easy to boost your Mythic Pixelings up to maximum Power Rank. Though you need fewer duplicates to rank up your Pixelings, you will either need to get very lucky or use bux to get your favourite Mythic as Mythic Pixelings are pretty rare.
Mythic Pixelings are the most powerful type of Pixeling as they have severe damage, health and two passive abilities.
The following list is all of the accessible Mythic Pixelings, what they do, and how useful they are.
#1. STEPHANO
Stephano is a Troll/Tank Pixeling and is by far my favourite Mythic Pixeling.
Stephano has max health of 2158 health and max damage of 292.
Although Stephano has the lowest Max Base Damage, his main perk is his Charge Ability Bubble Shield Self, which grants Stephano a one-hit-shield every two turns.
Stephano’s Bubble Shield Self is handy, especially if you want to reduce the amount of Melee Pixelings you bring onto your team. The reason I say that Stephano is a decent substitution for a Melee Pixeling is that he can help tank massive damage attacks every few turns.
I use Stephano in levels where there are a lot of Ranged Pixelings so he can raise the sustain of all of my Pixelings. Stephano makes it possible for you to last longer on certain levels because he can easily absorb substantial attack damage.
The best use for Stephano is to shield/block massive damage charge abilities from Ranged Pixelings; however, if you are skilled (or lucky), you may also prevent Troll Heavy Attacks.
I don’t think that Stephano’s Passive Abilities are that impressive, and they both come with pros and cons that affect your play style.
Berserk is a Passive Ability that doesn’t trigger unless you are under 33% of your help. While Berserk does provide Stephano with a 50% damage boost, this can be extremely risky, especially if Stephano is one of your “sub-in” Pixelings.
Stephano’s second Passive Ability, Spell Immunity, is both helpful and destructive, causing Stephano to be immune to all spells that are used on him.
Although Spell Immunity is excellent for protection against spells such as Scorching Blast and Thunder, it does cause you to be unable to heal Stephano with spells like Rejuvenating Spring. There are plenty of times that I have wanted to use Energize to protect Stephano, but have lost him because of another Pixeling sniping him.
Stephano’s downfalls include Lulu, who can ignore/pop his Bubble Shields and spells that burst his Bubble Shields.
All-in-all, although Stephano’s Passive Abilities aren’t my absolute main focus, Stephano is still a Pixeling who can take a bunch of hits and protect himself/his team from potential substantial damage.
#2. LULU
I bet many people are going to be shocked that I didn’t place Lulu in the top position, but that’s predominantly because I find Lulu much too squishy to do anything in PVP.
Lulu has a maximum health of 1280, making her the squishiest Mythic Pixeling.
Lulu also has a base damage of [reworked] 508, making her the strongest damage-dealing Pixeling on paper. Her heavy damage can be credited to the fact that she is a Ranged-Assassin Pixeling, which are the two highest damage-dealing traits in PewDiePie’s Pixelings.
The scariest thing about Lulu is her Charge Ability Heavy Attack All, which deals with a maximum of 602 Damage to enemy Pixelings on the field.
When Lulu first came out, this shocked the majority of PVP players, especially those who do not take spells like Scorching Blast, Drain or even Thunder. Not taking a damage-dealing spell tends to be a big mistake in PVP as it can leave Lulu to be “unstoppable.”
If you want to learn more about how to defeat Lulu in PVP, I recommend checking out this post.
Lulu’s Passive Abilities help enforce her power as Vampire will cause Lulu to heal for 25% of her damage and Shield Breaker completely nukes any Bubble Shields that are placed on enemy Pixelings.
Although this may sound overpowered entirely, it’s fairly easy to burst Lulu down, so she never reaches her 4th charge, especially if you have a troll on your team and the right spells.
Lulu shines the most in PVE, especially when you are forced to deal with enemy Pixelings who shield themselves and cannot easily burst you down.
#3. MARZIA
When I first got Marzia, I thought she was utterly useless, but I quickly learned that I was wrong.
Marzia, who is a Melee Assassin, comes in with a max health of 1588 and maximum base damage of 493, making her reasonably comparable to Ranged Pixelings. The only downfall to using Marzia over a Ranged Pixeling is the fact that you are not going only to be able to take down one Pixeling at a time.
I use Marzia to absorb all Ranged Pixeling damage and pair her up with Falcon, who heals the ally Pixeling with the Lowest Health. This usually puts Falcon in the center spot and Marzia in the bottom location, though I tend to fluctuate where Marzia is placed based on who I am up against.
Marzia has Heavy Attack as her Charge ability and has two reasonably useful Passive Abilities being Shrouded, which causes Marzia to take 33% less damage from Ranged Pixelings and Bloodlust which causes Marzia to gain 50% attack damage after she defeats an enemy Pixeling. Bloodlust only stacks to a maximum of 100% attack.
If you get Marzia to last-hit two enemy Pixelings, get ready to say “hello one-shotting!” The only issue is, Marzia is commonly avoided in PVP because, again, she can only hit the Pixeling in the center.
Marzia is currently my strongest Pixeling in PewDiePie’s Pixelings, and I find her extremely useful, especially in PVE. So, if you’re someone who hasn’t gotten “lucky” and hasn’t gotten a million Lulus, Marzia is a great alternative.
#4. GUSTO
Gusto is a Pixeling that I don’t think anyone puts on their team, especially because it’s damage is fairly comparable to other Pixelings.
The only good fact about Gusto is that his charge attack deals a maximum base damage of 833, which can deal more damage if the attack critical hits.
Gusto has the same problem as Stephano, where the best perk is Beserk which allows Gusto to deal 50% more damage when under 33% health, but gusto can be boosted with Strengthen since it’s second Passive Ability is Shrouded, which is shared with Marzia.
Truthfully… I ignore Gusto any time it’s in chests and I recommend you do too.
CONCLUSION
You currently have the option of three fairly powerful Mythic Pixelings and one mediocre Mythic Pixeling, but no matter who you get… you still have a good amount of damage coming your way.
For the most part, Outerminds did a good job balancing all of the Pixelings making them useable for a variety of levels, though at the moment some Pixelings seem to be much more useful than others when it comes to PVP.
So I’m curious, who’s your favourite Mythic Pixeling? What Rank are they at now? Let me know in the comments below!
