Bridge and Tower is a 3-Skull map in Bloons Adventure Time TD which proves to be a bit more difficult than expected for new players.
Bridge and Tower is the first map in Bloons Adventure Time TD which has three lanes and although all three lanes stay fairly close to one another, the center/bottom lane ends up being much shorter than the other two.
Bridge and Tower require a good amount of range to complete and will require some extra strategy, especially if you hope to defeat the BAD just by dealing with character damage.
Bridge and Tower is a map that contains 3 bloon modifiers at maximum being bloons have one extra layer, bloons move 1.5x faster, and this map contains zombie bloons which respawn after being defeated.
This guide can be used for any tier difficulty.
TRINKETS YOU WANT TO TAKE INTO BRIDGE AND TOWER
It is important that you bring a few trinkets into this map to help you defeat it in one go. The following are some of my favourites:
Missiles on Finn to help defeat bloons in the early game.
Fire Crown on the Flame Princess to help extend her range.
Glasses of Nerdicon on as many characters as possible for +9 range.
Future’s Crystal is especially helpful as it passively reduces the health of all MOABs and BADs.

ALLIES THAT MAY HELP YOU BEAT BRIDGE AND TOWER
Allies are not always necessary to beat maps, however, some can make certain maps mechanics a lot easier to deal with.
In the instance of Bridge and Tower, you will want to make sure your allies are focussed on giving you some cash flow and dealing with any leftover straggler bloons.
Allies should typically be placed last, although in some cases Lemonhope can be placed to boost the attack speed of damage dealing characters.
Other than Lemonhope, who should already be on your team, the following are the allies you might want to take in Bridge and Tower.
MOE –
Usually, Moe is a fairly useless ally, but if he is placed in the top part of this map he can help make sure that no bloons make it to the end of the map.
Think of Moe as one of the easiest ways to make sure that no red bloons escape, because during an Impoppable level that’s going to be one of your most common downfalls.
PARTY GOD –
Similar, Party God can be used to defeat straggler bloons, though he is more expensive than Moe.
GUMBALD –
If you’re having difficulty with MOABs make sure you take Gumbald since he can Polymorph them, effectively stunning them.
WHERE & WHEN TO PLACE CHARACTERS IN BRIDGE AND TOWER
The image above is the placement of all of my characters by the end of the game.
Note: this does not include the placement of any allies other than COBRA since he is my main focus these days.
Below is a step-by-step tutorial on how I place characters to defeat Bridge and Tower in Bloons Adventure Time TD.
#1. PLACE FINN & MONEY MAKING ALLIES
I start every map with the idea that I have to make as much money as I can through the round to fund on purchasing other characters, especially when tracks get challenging.
While the map is a fairly straight forward map, it is fairly easy for bloons to slip by, so make sure as you place character they are as tight as they can be together.
I always start off by placing a couple of COBRAs to make early-game money. Alternatives to placing COBRA is placing BMO.
#2. PLACE PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM
I usually hold off on placing Princess Bubblegum because she isn’t the most powerful character in the game.
Since my characters are all a pretty decent level at this point, they can annihilate the majority of bloons, but unfortunately due to the length of this track sometimes bloons sneak past my characters.
To avoid a bloon leakage make sure Princess Bubblegum has Royal Decree which provides $750 per round and will help you purchase as many characters as you can in the early game.
Usually I would recommend not using Royal Decree and instead taking Jellybeans Have Power, but in this case, money is much more pressing and important.
Having as many characters that you can on the field will ensure that there enough of the field is covered by damage, but again this will depend on what level your characters are and what trinkets you have equipped.
#3. PLACE THE SUPERMONKEY
The Supermonkey has one of the most powerful upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD being Heroic Aura which makes all upgrades of characters in range cheaper.
The Supermonkey should be placed in the centre of wherever you’re going to place the rest of your characters, this will make sure they get all of the benefits of Heroic Aura.
Placing the Supermonkey in the centremost spot will help make sure that it can snipe bloons from any angle, especially if you have the Disarming Charisma upgrade.
#4. PLACE THE FLAME PRINCESS, JAKE OR MARCELINE
Place the Flame Princess as close to the beginning as you can with the intention of keeping her in range of Princess Bubblegum, Jake and/or Marceline.
The Flame Princess should be the first character to touch bloons/attack bloons, especially if you have the Thought Cannon Wand equipped on her. Due to the fact that the Flame Princess has Flamebits and the majority of her upgrades focus on adding range and damage, there is no reason to worry about placing her early on in your “kill-box.”
In fact, placing the Flame Princess earlier in the map may help you double down on damage with the Flame Princess as bloons on their way back around may cross past the Flame Princess for a second time. Though bloons can double-cross the Flame Princess, chances are you will not need this if you deal enough damage.
For folks struggling with BAD takedown or bloons leaking out of the map, I would recommend taking Marceline as she is safer to use and will chase bloons and MOABs.
I heavily relate Marceline and Jake because they can both be equally as powerful dependant on what trinkets and weapons you place on them.
It’s always a good idea to have at least one character that buffs the rest, especially if you have a few characters that are superior to others based on the trinkets and upgrades you have for them.
Placing a supporting character early will help guarantee that the support character encloses all allies in its range, making sure that you buff as many characters as possible. If you do not have enough damage at this point, move to the next step and come back.
#5. PLACE COMMANDER CASSIE & C4 CHARLIE
I love Commander Cassie. She’s extremely powerful and with a Jetpack you can use her on virtually any map, making the map substantially easier.
Commander Cassie has the most map coverage in the game with her ability M.A.F. and with C4 Charlie by her side, she can upgrade her Bloontonium Tips to become a Mounted Mauler which deals extra damage against all MOABs.
C4 Charlie deals impressive damage with her MOAB Mauler and when she is levelled up she can use an active ability MOAB Assassin which deals massive damage to MOABs.
If you do not have a Jetpack, I would switch Commander Cassie out for Marceline and C4 Charlie out for Max.
#6. PLACE THE REMAINER OF YOUR CHARACTERS
At this point in the map you should have the majority of your bases covered, though you should still be smart about where you place characters like the Ice King, Sai, Sam, or Max.
I recommend making your focus the MOABs and BADs as the level modifiers aren’t scary enough for you to have to worry about anything else.
If you have a levelled up Max with good trinkets I recommend pairing him up with Sam and Sai.
Unfortunately, the Ice King doesn’t deal a whole lot of damage and his slow is unnecessary, especially if you have a trinket to slow bloons and MOABs on another character.
The only time I take the Ice King is if he is a much higher level, which he currently is for me at the time of writing this.
CONGRATS YOU WIN!
If you follow the guide above you should be able to complete Bridge and Tower on any game difficulty.
If you ever think you’re going to lose the round use the spell Dimension Disruptor which will destroy all the bloons on the field and give you back your health.
Dimension Disruptor is especially helpful for progression content and only costs 1000 coins to use.
So I’m curious, how hard did you find the Bridge and Tower? Who did you take into the map? Let me know in the comments below!
