How to Help the Old Couple Clean Up Their Courtyard | Genshin Impact

Last Updated July 22, 2021 By Johnny Salib / FlamingGaymer Leave a Comment

There are quite a number of quests in Genshin Impact that simply do not provide enough information as to how to complete them and while I’m a bit embarrassed, I didn’t fully understand the “Help the Old Couple Clean Up Their Courtyard” quest at first.

Being that I already had experience with similar quests with cleaning, I had a feeling that I was going to need either an Anemo Character or a Hydro Character to get the job done, especially because of the “Clean All the Stains” quest that I’ve covered earlier.

Well, the reality is that the “Help the Old Couple Clean Up Their Courtyard” quest is unlike the others, as players will not need any Elements or Elemental Reactions and instead will simply need to get onto a physical damage character in order to complete this mission.

Essentially players can use a character that yields a Claymore, Sword or Polearm and will have to attack the shrubbery in order to complete this quest.

All the shrubbery that needs to be removed are marked with arrows above them and will only need a single strike in order to destroy.

I strongly recommend using a sword user as they are the fastest at completing the mission, however the option is is completely yours as there is no time limit to completing this task.
