Sucrose | Genshin Impact

Last Updated April 8, 2021 By Johnny Salib / FlamingGaymer Leave a Comment

Sucrose is a character players will have to Wish for in order to obtain, and while it she is technically only obtainable through the RNG of the game, Sucrose is going to be fairly easy to obtain due to her being a 4 star character.

While Sucrose is one of the more common characters players can acquire, she is one of the strongest choices for characters to use as a support simply due to her abilities and their utility when in tough battles.

Sucrose is an alchemist who wields a Catalyst and has the element of Anemo, though realistically if players already have a support character Sucrose won’t be a necessity on the team as she cannot be used as a main damage dealer.

TALENTS

BASIC ATTACK

Sucrose’s basic attack, Wind Spirit Creation has multiple forms as most other characters have.

Sucrose’s normal attack allows her to attack 4 times using her Wind Spirits dealing Anemo damage.

If players hold Sucrose’s basic attack they will consume a certain amount of stamina and deal AoE Anemo damage after a short casting time.

While in the air, players can use Sucrose’s basic attack to cause her to plunge to the ground damaging all enemies in her path, dealing AoE Anemo damage upon impact.

ABILITY 1

Sucrose’s first ability is Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308.

Upon casting Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 Sucrose will create a small Wind Spirit that pulls enemies and objects towards her and launches the enemies within the AoE dealing Anemo damage.

ABILITY 2

Sucrose’s second ability is Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II.

Upon casting Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II Sucrose will hurll an unstable concoction that creates a Large Wind Spirit.

While active, the Large Wind Spirit will continuously pull and launch nearby enemies dealing Anemo damage.

Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II has the ability to obtain Elemental Absorption which means that if the Wind Spirit comes into contact with Hydro, Pyro, Cryo or Electro elements it will deal additional damage of that type.

Players will need to note that they will only be able to activate the Elemental Absorption once per use of Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II.

1ST ASCENSION PASSIVE

Upon upgrading Sucrose with her 1st Ascension, Sucrose will gain Catalyst Conversion.

Catalyst Conversion will trigger when Sucrose uses a Swirl effect and all characters in the party that are also Anemo will have their Elemental Mastery increased by 50 for 8 seconds.

It should be noted that this will not affect Sucrose.

4TH ASCENSION PASSIVE

Upon upgrading Sucrose with his 4th Ascension, Sucrose will gain Mollis Favonius.

When Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 or Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II hits an enemy it increases all party members’ ELemental Mastery based on 20% of Sucrose’s Elemental Mastery for 8 seconds.

It should be noted that this does not affect Sucrose.

UTILITY PASSIVE

Sucrose’s Passive Astable Invention allows Sucrose a 10% chance to double the product when crafting Character and Weapon Enhancement Materials.

TALENT LEVELING MATERIALS

TALENT LEVEL-UP MATERIAL

Talents can be levelled up by heading into the Talents tab when in a character’s profile, though players will not be able to do this until they have ascended at least one time.

Levelling talents will essentially make the talents more powerful.

In order to level up a character players talents can use the following items:

9 Teachings of Freedom

63 Guide to Freedom

114 Philosophies of Freedom

WEEKLY BOSS

The following are the items players will need to obtain from Weekly bosses in order to level up their talents to level 7 and above:

18 Spirit Locket of Boreas

COMMON ASCENSION MATERIAL

Ascensions essentially allow players to upgrade their characters beyond certain thresholds. Each ascension has a cap on how many levels the player will be able to level up their character before they are technically forced to ascend their character.

The following are items players can receive in order to complete their talent upgrades after Ascensions:

18 Whopperflower Nectar

66  Shimmering Nectar

93 Energy Nectar

CONSTELLATION

As players are trying to ascend their characters players will also want to unlock pieces of their Constellation which will add more passives or upgrades to their talents.

Constellations can be upgraded using the Stella Fortuna.

Players will be able to gather Stella Fortuna by collecting duplicates of the character.

The issue with Stella Fortuna is that it is bound to the character you collect it with and thus will not be useful for any other character.

The following are the Constellations players can acquire for Sucrose.

LEVEL 1 – CLUSTERED VACUUM FIELD

Upon upgrading Sucrose with the first Constellation players will unlock Clustered Vacuum Field.

Clustered Vacuum Field will provide Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 with 1 additional charge.

LEVEL 2 – BETH: UNBOUND FORM

Upon upgrading Sucrose with the second Constellation players will unlock Beth: Unbound Form.

Beth: Unbound Form will increase the duration of Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II by two seconds.

LEVEL 3 – FLAWLESS ALCHEMISTRESS

Upon upgrading Sucrose with the fourth Constellation players will unlock Flawless Alchemistress which will increase the level of Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 by 3.

It should be noted that the maximum a player can upgrade Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 is to level 15.

LEVEL 4 – ALCHEMANIA

Upon upgrading Sucrose with the fourth Constellation players will unlock Alchemania.

Alchemania will cause every the cooldown of Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308 to reduce by 1-7 seconds every 7 normal or charged attacks.

LEVEL 5 – CAUTION: STANDARD FLASK

Upon upgrading Sucrose with the fifth Constellation players will unlock Caution: Standard Flask which increases the level of Level of Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II by 3.

Similar to Level of Astable Anemohypostasis Creation – 6308, it should be noted that the maximum level of Level of Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II is level 15.

LEVEL 6 – CHAOTIC ENTROPY

Upon upgrading Sicrose with the sixth Constellation players will unlock Chaotic Entropy.

Chaotic Entropy is activated whenever Forbidden Creation – Isomer 75 / Type II triggers an Elemental Absorption, all party members gain a 20% Elemental DMG Bonus for the corresponding absorbed element during its duration.
