When grinding or progressing in any game it’s a good idea to become acquainted to the way players can level up fast, especially if the dailies provide players with a significant amount of resources or easy ways to progress your account without putting in too much effort.
Luckily with Genshin Impact, completing your dailies will help progress you fairly quickly, allowing you to focus on daily tasks on days where you can’t play for extended periods of time and allows you to leave questing for the weekend or for days where you have more time on your hands.
When it comes to completing Genshin Impact dailies players will be looking towards playing for between 1 hour to 2 hours, depending on how high their character’s levels are. Players will also have to rely on Teleports as players will have to bounce across their map and will waste time if they do not have them unlocked.
Players will want to make sure that they unlock all of these teleports while going through their main story quest.
The following are all of the dailies players can complete in order to progress their gameplay in Genshin Impact.
DAILY COMMISSIONS
Players should start every day with their Daily Commissions.
Daily Commissions are unlocked when players have acquired Adventure Rank 12 and will allow players to complete 4 different tasks daily that will spawn on the map as purple waypoints.
Completing 4 Commissions will not only help player progress their battle pass, but will also provide players with a good amount of Adventure Points that will help them level up their Adventure Rank faster.
As Adventure Points are fairly hard to come by, especially in the late game, players will want to make sure that they complete their daily commissions regularly to ensure that they at least get the regular Adventure Points from these.
Players will either want to locate these by going into the map to find them or by going to the Adventurer’s Handbook and choosing which commission they would like to complete.
This part of your dailies should only take you around 30 minutes maximum, though again this will differ based on what Commissions you acquire and what your actual character’s level is.
DISPATCH QUESTS
When players have enough characters they will want to ensure that they are always taking advantage of the characters that they are not using.
One of the best ways to do this is by Dispatching characters on Quests after reaching Adventure Rank 14.
Players will have to head to the Adventure’s Guild and talk to the receptionist in order to dispatch characters on quests.
Players are recommended to dispatch only characters that they don’t see themselves utilizing anytime soon on these quests as having a character dispatched will force players to be unable to use the character.
Quests take between 4-20 hours, though the more hours characters are dispatched the higher the yield and rarity of the items collected will be.
Players with a few characters are recommended to dispatch characters for short bursts while the are asleep or not playing, while players with a number of characters are recommended to send their characters on 20 hour bursts as this will essentially provide the player with the highest rewards.
Players will receive items such as food resources and minerals that they can use to prototype and upgrade weapons.
USE YOUR ORIGINAL RESIN
Players will be obtaining Original Resin throughout the day and players will always want to ensure that they use this resource as often as often as they can as it is a time limited resource.
What do I mean by that?
Well, players can only have a maximum of 120 Original Resin at a time and if players are at this cap they are essentially wasting the resource due to the fact that they cannot obtain any more.
Players will want to strategically use their Original Resin based on what they are trying to level up.
For example, if players are trying to ascend their characters they should be focussing on the World Bosses.
If players are looking to ascend weapons they should be focussing on domains.
If players are simply looking for artefacts or quick ways of wasting their original resin they should be focussing on their Ley Lines.
However, players should always complete the weekly bosses such as the Stormterror (Dvalin), Wolvendom (Andrius) and Golden House (Childe)as these will provide players with the tools to craft prototype weapons to help expand the player’s damage.
COMPLETE YOUR DAILY BATTLE PASS
It’s going to be important that players try to complete as much of their Battle Pass as they can as the battle pass provides players with some of the best resources in the game.
While the Battle Pass can be treated as an afterthought, players who focus on these will be able to collect rewards faster, such as character wishes, Mora, Resin and Enhancement Ores.
Upon opening a player’s Battle Pass, players must head to the Daily Missions tab where they must complete the follow four quests on a daily basis. These include:
Complete 4 Daily Commissions
Mine 10 Items
Use a total of 150 Original Resin
Each of these quests should be very easy to complete and players can actually complete almost all of them without much effort, except for the Daily Commissions and Original Resin.
Players can use Dispatch Quests to avoid having to mine for items and players can use Original Resin in order to craft, though this is a bit of a waste of Original Resin and players should instead attempt to use their Original Resin on bosses or Domains.
Players can also etch away slowly at their Weekly Missions so they don’t miss out on the rewards and I will make sure to write a guide on this shortly.
TOP UP YOUR RESOURCES (NOT REQUIRED)
Something I don’t do, to be honest, is purchasing items at shops, though this can be extremely beneficial for players who don’t play Genshin Impact as much as I do.
Basically, the way that shops work in Genshin Impact is that they have a limited stock, meaning that players will only have a certain amount of items that they can buy per day.
Players can head to the shop in Mondstadt or Liyue in order to purchase fully crafted food items or lesser items that they can use to craft foods in order to ensure that they always have enough food for their tough battles.
If you’re not able to grind up resources on your own the best purchases include food that can be bought from the Mondstadt Restaurant and the Liyue Port Restaurant.
These foods include:
Teyvat Fried Eggs
Fisherman’s Toast
Chicken and Mushroom Skewers
This step is not necessary in any way as players who are grinding Genshin Impact will be able to craft these resources regularly simply by using the items they find around the world, however, it can definitely be life saving for players who don’t have the patience or time to explore.
