How to Cut a Deal with the Village Chief | Genshin Impact

Last Updated July 26, 2021 By Johnny Salib Leave a Comment

With the update in Genshin Impact that introduced Inazuma, many new characters and storylines were introduced.

While most of the storyline quests are straight forward, I have to admit that I screwed myself over a bit by accepting too many quests at once so I could quickly get enough reputation to begin my Bounties and Requests for Inazuma.

Along the way I had a bit of hesitation when trying to complete the A Strange Story in Konda quest line as I found all of the items that were associated with the quest, however, didn’t initially realize that there was a sequence players must follow in order to complete this quest.

Upon accepting the quest A Strange Story in Konda, players will be provided 3 waypoints that will provide them with the items necessary to provide the Chief.

Once players have returned to the Chief they will have to provide him with the items in this order:

Purse by the Dried-Up Well

Cargo Bag Fished Out From Water

Ragged List of Goods

If players correctly hand in these items in the right order the Village Chief will begin admitting to all of his wrongdoings.

Players will be given a full explanation of all the events that took place in Inuazma and will be given a key that unlocks a Well with a puzzle that players must complete in order to continue the quest.
