I have to admit, I have been loving Kirby and the Forgotten Land as it’s a game that has some of the most interesting mechanics ever brought into a Kirby game. While the game features some of our favourite mobs and classic abilities, Kirby and the Forgotten Land really takes it a few steps further and provides us with a great deal of never seen before mechanics and the opportunity to upgrade our previously loved abilities even further so we can utilize them in fresh new ways.
I have to say, after I tried out the Demo of Kirby and the Forgotten Land on Twitch I had a feeling I was going to be in for a really good treat as even the Demo had mechanics I have never seen before and truly excited me.
One of the most notable differences with this game versus all other Kirby games, for me, was the addition of Missions. While I have been known to always 100% Kirby games, I have to say that previous renditions of it made it a bit more complicated as it would have me running around for ages trying to figure out what it is I was missing. Though I have to say this made me a “better Kirby player” being that I now make sure that I look in every nook and cranny of a map, I also have to say that the addition of Missions has helped remedy the stress of making sure I didn’t miss anything as it gives you a definitive answer.
Though Missions appear as question marks upon spawning into a map, if a Mission has a few parts to it players will be alerted early so they can continue to look for the elements of that Mission.
One of the prime Missions players are going to be looking out for in every level is rescuing Waddle Dees as they are the core element that players require in order to upgrade their Waddle Dee Town. The lovely aspect to the way these Missions work is players will know which Waddle Dee they have rescued and if they save Waddle Dee #1 and Waddle Dee #3 they will know that they missed a Waddle Dee along the way due to it not appearing on their collection tab.
Now, not every level is going to be easy, some of them require players to take more time inspecting the map and figuring out mechanics in order to actually complete all of the quests and as I said… I’m a completionist. Although I’ve finished the game, I have not solidified my 100% complete yet and know that there is more that I need to do, even though my Missions are almost done, though in hopes of reaching other completionists like me, I’m going to be sharing what I’ve found along the way and give advice on how to get there.
The following guide takes you through The Wondaria Dream Parade Missions as well as all of the hidden Capsules players can receive. It will also tell you where the hidden Blueprint is in this level!

CLEAR STAGE
As is with all other stages in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, players will be able to secure 3 Waddle Dees simply for clearing the stage. While 3 Waddle Dees isn’t a whole lot, in many stages players may be frustrated with the other ways they must complete tasks in order to obtain the Waddle Dees.
I have to say that Wondaria Dream Parade isn’t the worst level and players should aim to finish all the Missions in order to obtain them.
SAVE THE HIDDEN WADDLE DEES
WADDLE DEE #1
In the first area after players have brought all of the Ducklings to their Mother, players will have to continue heading up these ramps until they reach a point where spikes appear. Head beyond these spikes are you will find the first Waddle Dee.
WADDLE DEE #2
Shortly after players save the first Waddle Dee they will be taken to a new area.
Here players will have to head to the circular platform as there is a door with an orange star, which will take you to race course where players need to use the Car Mouthful Mode.
Before players take the Car Mouthful Mode, they should take the Cone Mouthful Mode, destroy the ground to reveal a hidden cheat passage.
This passage will create a platform that allows players to complete the race in a record breaking time. My best was 3.33 seconds! What was yours?
WADDLE DEE #3
Immediately after players rescue the second Waddle Dee they will have to locate the third one.
The third Waddle Dee is stranded on a pillar closer to where the square platform is, just beyond all of the mud.
Players will need to fly from this platform from the highest point on the platform they are currently on as if they land too soon they will no longer be able to get up.
Please make sure you prep this as you’re not going to want to miss this Waddle Dee!
WADDLE DEE #4
After players locate the third Capsule they will need to use their Water Balloon Mouthful Mode again.
Players may want to refill their Mouthful Mode at the second pipe as they will need to push enough of the space craft units into a garage door to bust it open and then they will want to smash the wall behind it to uncover the Fleur Tornado Blueprint.
At the time of making my video guide I was unaware of this hidden Blueprint and realized it when I was casually playing the level again as I was locked out of the Treasure Road that required it.
Doing so is a two in one as you get the fourth Waddle Dee and a new ability!
WADDLE DEE #5
In the final area players will have to somewhat race to the finish for this Waddle Dee.
Hidden on the rightmost part of this area, closer to the bottom of the area players will find a Blue Button with a Star in it and will have to engage it in order to reveal the Waddle Dee.
Luckily for players, it doesn’t seem like this Waddle Dee times out, so you can casually make your way across and avoid taking damage from the trains.
Players will luckily have a trail of Star Coins to follow to let them know where the Waddle Dee is.
HELP THE LOST DUCKLINGS FIND THEIR MAMA
Similar to the previous Mission under the same name, players will have to locate 5 lost ducklings in the first part of the stage.
Players should note that if they crash a ducking into any of the space crafts, this is fine and the duckling will continue to follow you immediate after it exits it’s daze.
One is on the first park bench
One is on the second park bench
One is on the third park bench
One is on the fourth park bench

REMOVE ELFILIN’S WANTED POSTER
After players have located the second Waddle Dee and the second capsule, before they enter the door with the three stars there is a poster of Elfilin that they must remove.
CLEAR WITHOUT STEPPING ON ANY MUD
CAPSULE LOCATIONS
CAPSULE #1
As soon as players enter the Wondaria Dream Parade players will have to pass a set of space crafts that they must dodge in order to get to a blue button on the right with a star in it.
Players will need to act fairly quick as these space crafts will come through this path repeatedly.
As soon as players press the button a Capsule with some Star Coins will appear on the left.
CAPSULE #2
If players are able to secure the silver tier for the race with the Car Mouthful Mode they will have the opportunity to get a Capsule. As there is a Waddle Dee for this race, players are going to want to aim for the Gold time.
CAPSULE #3
When players have obtained the Water Balloon Mouthful Mode they will be able to smash the rocket ships into the metal crates.
Players can ignore the first set of metal crates, however, in the second set there is a hidden Capsule.
